Pastor Mike graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2000 and from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with an Mdiv. in 2003. Moving back to South Florida in 2010, Pastor Mike became the pastor of LifeQuest Church in 2013. He and his wife Terri have been married since 1998 and have four children named Brayden, Vivian, Isaiah and Addison. Pastor Mike enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, ice coffee, and checking out local eateries with his bride. As a pastor, his greatest desire is to see the body of Christ mature in their faith and service to the Lord.

Matt Slate is the Youth Pastor at LifeQuest Church, where he brings over a decade of dedication to the community. Having served in the KidQuest ministry before transitioning to youth ministry, Matt is passionate about helping young people grow in faith and character. Together with his wife Ashley, and their five children—Cameron, Alexis, Ayden, Kody, and Lily—Matt is deeply rooted in the LifeQuest family. He strives to create a welcoming, engaging environment where youth feel valued and encouraged to deepen their relationship with Christ.

Luke O'Neal is the Worship Leader at LifeQuest Church. He has been leading worship since he was a teenager in his home state of Virginia. Luke moved to Florida to work as a summer intern at LifeQuest where he would later become on staff. He enjoys playing multiple instruments, singing and writing songs. His goal is to lead others into understanding what true worship towards Jesus looks like and encourage the next generation to learn how to worship God in spirit and truth.

Ashley Slate has been the Administrative Assistant here at LifeQuest Church for the past year. She has attended LifeQuest for 11 years. Ashley has served in both KidQuest and Youth Ministry. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 children.
